1. Discounts apply to reservations made by group leaders after 6th of December.
2. You must buy a minimum of 10 tickets to earn a discount. Once you have booked your first 10 tickets, you may continue to book as many tickets as you need for your group. All additional booked tickets also get 6 % discount. For every 15 passes booked you will get a free pass in the same category.
3. On the last day of every time limit period, SAF expects the group list. After that date, the next payment schedule plan will be taken into consideration.
4. SAF will only deal with one contact person per group .
5. The Group Organiser is responsible for:
* collecting all payments;
* booking and paying for tickets;
* maintaining a complete and accurate list of group members at all times;
6. Upon purchasing the tickets you will be asked to provide the following information about each group member:
* Full name;
* Email address;
* Dancing style (On1, On2 or Cuban);
7. Please note that you will be required a unique email address for every member of your group, and this will be needed to be up-to-date. (SAF uses the email addresses to identify individuals when they come to pre-book their workshops.
